Important Vendor Info:
Thanks for your interest in joining us! Just a quick note—our event facility holds the exclusive rights to food and beverage service. This means vendors and sponsors are welcome to offer .5 oz sample shots or sell sealed items intended for off-site consumption (like canned coffee, bottled products, etc.). We’ll provide a small display sign for your booth to clarify this for attendees.
A licensed Party Bar company is contracted to manage all drink sales on-site, and they’ll be handling full-size alcoholic beverages for guests throughout the event.
All our games—Beer Pong, Quarters, Flip Cup, ChuggerChamp, etc.—will use water for play. Alcohol will be available at the event for purchase and enjoyment, but not used in the games themselves.
